I just decided to remind myself and my
friends how to keep on positive track. So I gathered together ten simple
everyday tips for being in a fabulous mood! Nothing supernatural or esoteric J Remember when you are in positive mood the Law of Attraction is more efective!
1. To ensure that you are always in a
good mood, learn to control yourself. Do not take offense at trifles, try not
to quarrel with the people you love,
forgive them. By forgiving, you get rid of anger and vengeful feelings which
destroy you yourself in the first place.
2 Try to look at
the world with a sense of humor and ease.
Even if you have been offended or you are in a difficult
situation, you still try to smile and say to yourself, "And this will pass
too!". It’s incredible, but those
who truly believe in it, indeed, get all the bad things go away very
fast.
3. Do not sit at
home feeling upset about the
whole world! There is no doubt about that when you are out in the company of friends and acquaintances your mood will never
happen to be bad. It’s proven!
4 Bring some new elements into your life. Psychologists recommended changing some
long term habits from time to time
- for example, to get a new hobby or to change the outfit style. After all, you
really will feel significant
changes: for example, wearing shoes
with heels you will become higher,
straighten your back and (most importantly!) you’ll
begin to catch interested looks of in
the opposite sex. Nothing effects
as a positive to our mood as
the positive attention of others.
5. Learn to relax. While performing some
tedious work try to think about something pleasant. For example, about the upcoming meeting
with friends or loved ones. And I like to use aroma oil burner or nice
candles which help to relax in the evening. Here is the list of essential oils that have
a positive effect on mood and state
of mind: mandarin, orange, lemon, grapefruit and bergamot. And of course the meditation is the best way to relax and focus on poitive.
6 Go swimming. Water
helps the body to relax along
with increasing the tone and mood.
In addition, the possibility of an accident
or injury while swimming is minimal
unlike many other sports.
7 Stop, look around... Sometimes people find themselves in a trap, simply because they can’t find
any time to think if they actually move
in the right direction. We should
bring our thoughts to order in time, our goals and purposes, relationships. It should be done just as
you regularly do the
cleaning in the room.
8 Take it easy. There's
always a place for a feat, but it
is not necessary to be a hero at all times. Try to focus
on what you are doing at the moment. Often it helps, rather than the
desire to ensure a long-term
outcome. Rejoice even small successes and small
achievements. Life is too short to be sad and
to blame ourselves for something.
9 Keep a sense of perspective. Life is the movement forward.
And what seems to be a tragedy today, perhaps tomorrow will bring you smile soon. No wonder there is a proverb - tomorrow is the wiser.
10 Forget about the troubles. If you want to stay in bed and feel
sorry for yourself, it is better
